Note: For all the ios users it is required to install flash compliance browsers to access the lesson.
Please check your internet connection. The iTrain portal is hosted on a cloud that requires an internet connection to access the portal.If you are accessing the portal behind a firewall, please consult your IT helpdesk.
Check your internet connection speed. The minimum bandwidth required to access the iTrain portal with good response times is 512 kbps or above. If you are accessing from a WiFi access point, for uninterrupted access, the signal strength should be 'good'.
CBT lesson open in a new tab or new window. Your browser must permit pop-ups. Please disable any pop-up blockers in your browser for the iTrain portal site.
Some CBT lessons require Adobe Flash Player to run. Install / Update the latest Adobe Flash Player in your browser. If you are using a personal iPad, please ensure you have flash compliant browser such as "Puffin" browser installed.
Check that your speakers / headphones are not muted, and that the volume level setting is appropriate to hear the audio. Some CBT lessons may not have audio.
To open these files, the applicable software (e.g. Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader for PDF files or Microsoft Word for DOC/DOCX files) must be installed on your device.
Due to security reasons, the user sessions that are inactive for more than 60 minutes are invalidated by the iTrain portal. Please login again to re-start your session.
Check that your registered email id is correct. You can check this by selecting "Change Password" on your iTrain Home page. If the details are not correct, Please contact your IT help desk ithelpdesk@etihad.ae. If the details are correct, check your "Junk E-mail" folder.
